Located in the mountains, these canyons feature waterfalls of varying heights that can be crossed in a variety of ways: jumping, tobogganing or abseiling. Progress through the canyons is made on foot or by swimming in basins of varying depths, which are generally quite short. Canyoning isn’t just for sporty types: the canyons are suitable for all levels.

The Chartreuse is a mountain range in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region, straddling the departments of Isère and Savoie, and surrounded by the cities of Grenoble, Lyon and Chambéry.
Numerous canyons run down the flanks of this massif:
- The Infernet canyon and the jewel of the Chartreuse, a unique collection with lines of light running down to the canyon floor. a unique atmosphere full of jumps you can repeat over and over again.
- The canyon du Grenant is a superb canyon in the Chartreuse region of France, with a wide variety of obstacles, jumps, slides and abseils in a lush, colorful gorge. It’s a great opportunity for the whole family to have fun and enjoy themselves.
- The Gorges de Chailles canyon is an exceptional descent into a gigantic gorge. On the program: high-speed, jumps and long swims.
